What are serviced offices?
They are fully furnished and equipped private offices with shared receptionist, conferencing, and kitchen facilities. By using the private office space you can receive all-inclusive services with flexible timeframe agreements.
Where are the offices?
BASE is located in the heart of one of the largest outskirts of the capital Nicosia in Cyprus. It is only a five minute drive from the A1 motorway connecting Nicosia to all major cities in Cyprus and less than a 10 minute drive from the city centre.
What is the shortest period of contract?
You can make use of our services and office space based on our standard agreements for periods of three, six or twelve months.
What are my cost savings?
There are significant cost savings associated with using our office spaces. You save on initial office set up costs for furnishing and equipment, on running costs like electricity, water and internet bills, and on operational expenses for reception staff.
What is included in my monthly bill?
Practically everything else apart from you tel & fax use, your use of printing/scanning facilities and any courier charges for mail/packages sent.

How quickly can I move in?
We need a couple of working days to set up your office, network & security systems connectivity and dedicated tel and fax lines as per your needs and requirements.

Can I only rent for a few days a year?
By using our virtual office services you are entitled to use at a discounted price any available office and conference space in our Business Center whenever you need it.
